    Hustle had done some updates to improve the accessibility in the plugin. And that has been a help. But there is more to do.

    First, the “title” and “subtitle” don’t have options to use headings. Headings are important, and would be a WCAG failure.

    Second, hustle adds a number of random <p> elements into the content area. For example, I was embedding a form from somewhere else, and it added a bunch of extra <p> elements that I had to style around.

    Third, hustle does not provide an accessible name for the popup modal. This could be accomplished by using aria-labelledby to reference something like the title (if present), or using an aria-label on the main div element.

    <div id="hustle-popup-id-1" class="hustle-ui hustle-popup hustle-palette--gray_slate hustle_module_id_1 module_id_1 hustle-scroll-forbidden hustle-show hustle-animation-stopped" data-id="1" data-render-id="0" data-tracking="enabled" role="dialog" aria-modal="true" data-intro="no_animation" data-outro="no_animation" data-overlay-close="1" data-close-delay="false" style="opacity: 1;">

    Hello @anphira,

    I hope things are going well for you.

    Regarding the first point of Accessibility in hustle, our team made an improvement task internally. We hope they will work on that soon and release an updated version with the improvement. At the moment, I don’t have an ETA to share with you.

    I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

    Second, hustle adds a number of random <p> elements into the content area. For example, I was embedding a form from somewhere else, and it added a bunch of extra <p> elements that I had to style around.

    Can you please create a separate topic for this from here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-popup/#new-topic-0 Because having two different issues on the same topic can cause conflict, it’s better to divide the topic into separate queries.

    Third, hustle does not provide an accessible name for the popup modal. This could be accomplished by using aria-labelledby to reference something like the title (if present), or using an aria-label on the main div element.

    This is because the pop-up or other module can be easily accessed via the shortcode module ID from the database. Changing the behaviour from shortcode to fetching them by name could be complex. However, you can add a custom CSS class to identify the name from Hustle > Popup > Edit > Navigate to Email tab > Submit button > edit field > Styling tab > Custom CSS; this will come in the inspect too.
