Accessibility: when an error field receives focus, the error message disappears. The error message should not go away until the error is resolved.

I don’t understand what you’re referring to. Can you post some screenshots? What accessibility error are you referring to?

When the field is brought into focus, the error disappears and this is incorrect. The error should disappear once corrected.

Ah I see what you mean. This is controlled by CSS and you can easily overrule the CSS with your own rule.
