Absolutely hated the service

Signed up and it all looked very promising but what a waste of time. Successfully manually installed the code snippet but then nothing. Just sits at step 2 which is the Internal Link Report and just shows ‘In Progress’. It’s been days. No updates given or reasons why it may be stuck.

Emailed support with questions many days ago and have not heard back from their main website. No real troubleshooting documentation available.

Now trying to just get rid of it and again….facepalm. Removed the code from our site but the website still insists the code is installed. (yes, all cache fully cleared and site source code confirms this)

And here’s the kicker. No remove property button on their site or delete account option either!
