About reporting problems with Trackserver

This is just a small post to make it easier for me to help anyone that has a problem with Trackserver.

If you think something in Trackserver doesn’t work, please always specify the following information:

– PHP version
– WordPress version
– Operating System (Linux/Windows/…)
– Webserver (Apache/Nginx/…)

Please note that Trackserver needs at least PHP 5.3 (even though WordPress itself can run on 5.2) and you should keep your WordPress up to date.
