ABANDONED PROJECT

This was a wonderful plugin when it was created, but unfortunately it appears that the author has walked away from it. Do not use unless you can write your own code.

My client purchased the paid version, and when their site was migrated to a new server I tried to get assistance with licensing the plugin at the new location, the author was silent here on the Support forum, on their own site, and by direct emails sent to multiple addresses.
