Currently, there is no migration option available to convert a timeline created with the Timeline Widget Addon for Elementor into the Timeline Block for Gutenberg. Due to the structural differences between Elementor widgets and Gutenberg blocks. You will need to recreate the timeline manually using the Gutenberg block.

The Timeline Widget used in Elementor cannot be directly migrated to a Timeline Block, as both are built on different structures. To achieve a similar result, the timeline will need to be manually recreated using a compatible Gutenberg block plugin.
