$_SERVER[‘REQUEST_METHOD’] not being checked

PHP Warning: Undefined array key “REQUEST_METHOD” in /wp-content/plugins/multilingual-contact-form-7-with-polylang/frontend/Messages_Translation.php on line 67

The plugin is trying to access $_SERVER[‘REQUEST_METHOD’], but this key does not exist in the $_SERVER array at the time the code runs.

Is this scheduled for an update/fix?

Is there a github for this as I’m probably going to patch it in the short term to keep my logs clean?
