500 error when searching | WordPress.org

Hello,

I really love this plugin but when I try to search something in search bar, the site is down with 500 error. (Only in search function, other part of the site still work well).

I enable debug and got this message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/sachsong/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1078

Is this because of my hosting service? Could you please help advise how to solve it? Thank you.

I hope you are doing good today.

Does this happen after you installed our Forminator plugin? If not this will be the best forum to ask for such cases: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

However, base on the error you have shared seems that memory_limit is too low (128Mb). I recommend speaking with the hosting provider and raise to 256 or 512. That should solve the issue.

Hi @wpmudevsupport13 ,

Yes, I disable the Forminator plugin then it’s ok but I enable then trouble comes again. Thank you. I will work with my hosting provider. Thank you again.
