1. Yes, I am using the latest version. 9.2.3
2. I did temporarily disabled all caching plugins but still get error

4. I have created new type drop down and it work. It looks like fill in the blank have problem.

The error you encountered is related to the
mb_strtoupper()
function, which is part of PHP’s mbstring extension. If this extension is not installed or enabled, you will encounter the error.For cPanel Hosting:
- Log in to your hosting account’s cPanel.
- Navigate to Select PHP Version or PHP Extensions.
- Locate mbstring in the list and enable it by checking the box next to it.
- Save your changes and, if required, restart your web server.
By implementing these changes, the 500 critical error message should no longer occur.
