• Hello,

My client’s site recently got malware despite my repeated warnings, so I cleaned it up but the back end now looks like it’s been through a blender, and comes up with 403 errors. The permissions were all set correctly in the FTP, but I am unable to download anything from the wp-content folder as it says I lack permissions. The admin panel once logged in goes to a 403 error, and I’m unable to go any further than that.

The site itself is fine, it functions like normal but I’m just unable to access the admin panel.

I am using Plesk to manage my WordPress site.

I have deleted the .htaccess file, replaced core files but that doesn’t seem to be working.
