I installed this plugin because it was advertised as being able to “export any data from WordPress.” My specific requirement was to export all users from my site, which I assumed would be straightforward. However, once I installed and activated the plugin, and selected “Users,” the plugin immediately prompted me to purchase a paid addon. This was a bit frustrating, as the functionality I needed was essentially locked behind a paywall, but I understand devs need to charge for their work and I do value good plugins.

However, the addon required for exporting users is priced at a whopping $339 per year, which feels excessive for such a basic feature. On top of that, there’s no way to test or preview this functionality in the free version, so I had no way of knowing whether the export would even work correctly or meet my requirements. I’ve used other plugins in the past that either failed to generate accurate results or didn’t work as advertised, so I was hesitant to commit to such an expensive annual and recurring license without some kind of demo or trial.

It would have been much better if the plugin offered a Lite or Demo version of the export feature—perhaps limiting the number of records or fields—so that users could evaluate whether it suits their needs before investing. As it stands, the free version feels misleading and incomplete for anyone specifically looking to export user data, and the steep pricing with no trial makes it very hard to recommend.
