Hi,

I have two memberpress users that I want to add IP addresses for. The two users have the same IP addresses as one of the users is the admin of the account, and the other is for the users of the account. When I try to add the IP address to the second user, it says * The Start IP or End IP submitted conflicts with an existing IP range !. Can you please help?

Hi,

It is technically not possible to allow two usernames for the same IP address.

Lets say a user tries to access your site from the given IP address how would the plugin know if the visitor is a user or an admin ? It will lead to ambiguity. Hence the plugin does not allow adding same IP range again.

In your case you can allow the admin to login using the password. When they visit the site they will be auto logged in as a user and then they can use “Disable Auto Login” option from the top menu bar and then login with their admin credentials.
