A review of the link you shared shows that the plugin mentioned is named Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce version 1.8.5. Our plugin is named WooCommerce Product Tabs and its current release is version 2.1.8.
I believe the plugin mentioned in the Patchstack article you’ve cited is a different plugin, not ours, which you can find at https://wordpress.org/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-custom-woocommerce-product-tabs/. Its latest release (from 11 months ago) is also a match; 1.8.5.
