04 Gateway Time-out’

When Phlox theme is enabled on explorenewjersey.org, the website does not load with a ‘504 Gateway Time-out’.
At the same time, the following error message is logged in PHP-FPM error log /var/log/plesk-php83-fpm/error.log:

[03-Sep-2025 02:17:45] WARNING: [pool explorenewjersey.org] child 143369 said into stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning:  Undefined array key "s" in /var/www/vhosts/explorenewjersey.org/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/phlox/templates/theme-parts/entry/search-advanced.php on line 18" 

I went ahead and scanned all PHP-FPM logs.
In the output below, we see that warnings about Phlox theme are mentioned only with explorenewjersey.org:

What is the solution? I tried to uninstall and reinstall it on two different servers and IP and it hapens ponly to that site and hear is the odd thing, I have the same theme on 5 other sites. I never had an issue with them. its only this site for whatever reason.
