Form Settings Overview

Woorise offers a range of form settings to customize your forms, from basic options like reCAPTCHA and submission limits to advanced features such as real-time data collection as users type. You can also manage personal data and privacy settings to ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Some settings may be available only on higher plans or when certain features are enabled. For example, if your form includes quiz fields, an additional “Quiz” settings menu will appear.

Form settings

Enable save and continue

The Save & Continue feature (available on Pro plans) allows users to save a partially completed form and return later to finish it without starting over. This is especially useful for lengthy forms, giving users the flexibility to complete them at their convenience.

Check out this guide for step-by-step instructions on enabling and using the save and continue feature.

Limit form’s total entries

Allows you to set a maximum number of submissions for your form. Once the specified limit is reached, the form will automatically close and no longer accept new entries. This is useful for controlling registrations, managing limited-time offers, or restricting participation in exclusive campaigns.

To enable this, simply toggle the setting on. After enabling it, a field will appear where you can enter the maximum number of entries. You can also customize the message displayed to users when the limit is reached, ensuring clear communication about form availability.

Enable country restriction

Allows you to restrict form submissions to specific countries. By enabling country restriction, you can control who can access and submit the form based on their location. This is useful for region-specific campaigns, legal compliance, or targeted audience engagement.

Check out this guide for more details on country restriction feature.

Animated transitions

Enable this option to add a smooth sliding animation when showing or hiding fields based on conditional logic. This enhances the user experience by creating a more dynamic and visually appealing form interaction.

Enable reCAPTCHA

Woorise integrates Google Invisible reCAPTCHA to protect your forms from spam and bot submissions. It works in the background and only appears if suspicious activity is detected, ensuring security without disrupting the user experience.

Email verification

The Email Verification feature ensures that users provide a valid email address by sending a verification email after form submission. Participants must confirm their email before their entry is considered valid, helping to reduce fake or incorrect submissions.

Check out this guide for step-by-step instructions on setting up email verification.

Personality quiz

Enable the Personality Quiz setting to create quizzes that generate personalized results instead of scores. When activated, this feature allows you to map answer choices to specific outcomes, providing users with tailored results based on their responses.

Personality Quiz is ideal for creating engaging quizzes like “Which type of dog are you?” or “What superhero character would you be?” that encourage users to participate and share their results.

Confirmations

Confirmations act as thank you pages, allowing you to control what users see after submitting a form. You can conditionally display a custom message, redirect users to another page, or send them to an external URL.

Check this guide to learn more on how to add and customize confirmation messages.

Notifications

Notifications allow you to send automated emails when a form is submitted. You can configure notifications to be sent to admins, team members, or the form submitter, keeping everyone informed in real time. This feature is useful for sending confirmation emails, follow-ups, or internal alerts based on form responses.

Check this guide to learn more about creating email notifications.

Personal data

The Personal Data settings help you manage user privacy and comply with GDPR. You can prevent the storage of IP addresses, set a retention policy to keep or automatically delete form entries, and control how long data is stored before being trashed or permanently removed.

Limit submissions

The Limit Submissions allows you to set advanced rules and create complex submission limits based on the submitting IP or any other field value in the form such as the email address, name, phone etc.

Check this guide to learn more about setting up submission limits in your form.

Partial entries

The Partial Entries feature (available on the Pro plan) allows you to capture form data in real time as users fill out a form. When enabled, a partial entry is automatically created as soon as a user begins entering information, ensuring you collect data even if the form is not fully submitted.

Check this guide to learn more about enabling and using Partial Entries.

Randomize

The Randomize feature adds variety and engagement to your forms by shuffling field order or displaying a random subset of questions. This is perfect for creating dynamic personality quizzes, daily check-ins with fresh prompts, unbiased surveys, and practice tests that feel new each time. By reducing predictability, this feature keeps users engaged and encourages repeat interactions.

Check this guide to learn how to randomize forms fields or display a subset of fields.
