Cursing, angst and very rough, angry sex. Character death (More than one death but not Adam or Tommy.) Goddess worship. Lying, deceit, and hurtful words. Betrayal.
Summary: Adam is a dancer, a loner, and doesn’t believe in love. He doesn’t sing anymore, either. Tommy is a high priced whore with a past that haunts him. Set in an A/U where the Goddess is worshiped and an old priestess is the spiritual leader. In this semi modern but pagan world, people chose their own punishment because who knows how to punish you better than yourself?
Author’s Note: This story took me by surprise. It’s like nothing I’ve ever written and I’m not sure I will ever write anything like it again. I was compelled to write it though, so I did. It’s not your usual prostitute!Tommy fic and it’s not your usual angsty Adam either. It’s rough in places and in others it’s almost sweet. All I can say is, if it’s not your thing, that’s okay, because it’s not really mine either. But if it is, brace yourself. This is a hellofa ride!
