WinPcap for Avira 4.1

WinPcap for Avira is a Windows network capture component packaged with certain Avira security products. It provides low-level access to network packets so Avira can analyze traffic for features such as web protection, intrusion detection, or network filtering. This is not a standalone application; it runs in the background as a driver/service and is managed by Avira’s software.
