WinHex is a universal hexadecimal editor that can be used to directly edit files, physical RAM, and virtual memory of running processes. Its built-in data interpreter can detect 20 data types. It can also be used to edit data structures using templates, for example in repairing partition table or boot sector. Disk editor tool can be used to edit data on hard disks, floppy disks, CD-ROM & DVD, ZIP, Smart Media, Compact Flash, etc.
