I'll make a comprehensive blog post about PITA, (my tumor which is a Pain In The Ass) but wanted to toss this out. 

My situation is too severe to do the radiation/oral chemo straight on, so I'm getting the nuclear option three-drug chemo for 4 months first.  

I'm bummed to be losing my long, wild, curly mermaid hair and didn't want to feel pathetic by wearing a wig.  

Then I thought about how much fun a mermaid-colored wig would be. I'm waiting to hear back from my niece who does professional Cosplay costuming to suggest brands that are reasonably priced but good quality.

Sorry I haven't been posting or commenting.

The last two weeks have been... a lot.

I’ve decided to put posts about my cancer experience on my blog so that my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LiveJournal aren’t a total bummer and are mostly filled with photos of Bad Kitties, Garden goodness, and other fun stuff. 

This is going to be an intense and painful journey, so I want to give folks an option to read about it if and when they feel like it, rather than subjecting them to it every day as it can be triggering.

I will post links here when I make a new post.
