USC Income Tax Clinic 2026:
The USC Income Tax Clinic is a free service brought to you by the USC and is here to make tax filing easy for students. This year, it is set to take place starting February 2026, and we need YOUR help to make this possible! This year we will be conducting hiring for all positions at once for both the Executive Team, Junior/Senior Analysts, and Logistic Volunteers. Descriptions for each role can be found on their designated page.

Please make sure to fill in all fields for the position you are applying for.

Applications are due Saturday January 31st, 2026 at 11:59 pm for Executive positions, and applications for Junior/Senior Analysts, and Logistic Volunteers are due Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Web Development Intern: The Web Development Intern will engage USC stakeholders to ensure our web content is relevant, up-to-date, and visually appealing. Additionally, this position will be responsible for creating images, choosing styles, and developing page layout templates for web campaigns. The Intern will work closely with USC Clubs and Faculty Councils to provide ecommerce support for their events and products. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Information Systems, the Web Development Intern is responsible for recommending and implementing improvements to the USC’s existing technological solutions. About the Intern Program: The USC is excited to be offering six full time internship roles beginning in June, 2026. These various roles will span different departments and will give all Interns an opportunity to work on projects in their respective areas, while contributing to improving the student experience for other Western students. These opportunities will only be available to those who are graduating from an undergraduate/professional program at Western this year, or those who are willing to take a year off from their undergraduate or professional level program. These positions will be Monday-Friday and will require the successful candidate to be in the office on a full-time basis. We look forward to offering students an exceptional learning experience beyond the classroom, all while receiving full time benefits. Social Media Intern: Under the direction of the Brand Experience Manager, the Social Media Intern will engage and connect with students and the community through the USC’s social media channels. This role oversees content across the USC’s main, clubs, and events social media accounts, ensuring a cohesive yet audience-specific approach to communication. As a steward of the USC, the Social Media Intern will be responsible for maintaining and furthering the USC’s social media accounts using creative social media tactics and staying up to date on emerging trends. Additionally, the Social Media Intern will support the growth of the USC’s influencer and creator strategy by collaborating with student creators to amplify promotions, events, and advocacy initiatives. In addition, the Social Media Intern will analyze and report on metrics related to the USC’s accounts, social media and marketing trends to provide constructive feedback as needed. The Productions  Crew is responsible for setting up and operating a wide range of audiovisual equipment and furnishings, providing hands-on support and staffing for all events presented by the USC.

Famous for our bagels and Rick’s Night, The Spoke is the largest employer of Western students on campus. We are always looking for kitchen and cafe staff.
