Based on the blue-line drawing style, I think Wes drew this in the 90’s for Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This play structure looks really fun.

They did end up building a play structure called “Me Ship, The Olive” next to “Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges” — no longer Bluto’s boat, this which was maybe a couple iterations down the road from this sketch, and it’s fun to compare the two.
