WellSky’s Advanced Technologies Policy

Software, products, or services provided by WellSky may use Advanced Technologies, and WellSky may use Client data for development and improvement of Advanced Technologies. Such Advanced Technologies create, generate, interpret, summarize, infer, transcribe, and/or predict Results and provide Results to users of the software, products, and services provided by WellSky.

Because of the nature of Advanced Technologies, the Results will not always be accurate. Advanced Technologies rely on algorithms that may have biases and may cause inaccurate Results in many or all respects. Client and user’s reliance upon the Results is solely at Client’s and user’s own risk. WellSky is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of any Results. The information generated is not a substitute for professional or medical judgment, and it is each user’s responsibility to verify all such information that user accesses through software, products, and services.

WellSky provides information to Client and users about its Advanced Technologies, the related algorithms, and outputs of the Advanced Technologies so that Client and users can be more informed about the Results and how to be educated about the suitability of any Results. Clients should refer to WellSky Documentation and request time with WellSky product experts to confirm and better understand the nature of the Advanced Technologies.

“Advanced Technologies” means artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated technologies provided by WellSky or used (or included) with any WellSky software, products, or services.

“Results” means any information, outputs, data, content, interpretations, inferences, records, recommendations, and guidance created, generated, interpreted, summarized, inferred, transcribed, or predicted by Advanced Technologies.
