Contributing to the communities where we live and work is an essential element of the WellSky® vision for a healthy, flourishing world. We know that when we work together to address key challenges to wellness, we can truly elevate care for people in need — regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances.
The WellSky Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations by removing social barriers to recovery and wellness and act as an engine for change, financially supporting organizations that enable care and healing for people, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
The WellSky Foundation focuses on the top socioeconomic factors with the greatest impact on a person’s long-term well-being: food insecurity, housing, transportation, and isolation. Caring for the whole person — considering their communities, families, and social support systems — results in better outcomes, lower costs, and sustainable care. Join us in shaping a future of whole-person care.
Our teammates are passionate about their communities
WellSky teammates are encouraged to be engaged in their communities, working alongside charities of their choice through our paid volunteer time off policy. Together, their impact is wide-reaching, helping our most vulnerable populations.
“One of the things I value most about WellSky is its incredible commitment to community volunteerism. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and the opportunity to give back through company-supported initiatives truly means a lot to me.
Whether it’s working at local community gardens, working with Habitat for Humanity, or sorting food at Kanbe’s, these experiences align perfectly with my love for coaching youth sports, my drive to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, and WellSky’s overall mission and core values.”

WellSky Scholars Program
The WellSky Scholars Program is a $1 million fund that provides full nursing scholarships in the Austin, Texas area. The program was established in 2011 to address the nursing shortage and covers tuition, fees, and program expenses for 400 nursing students. The program is part of the Austin Community College Foundation and is currently scheduled to extend through 2027.
“WellSky’s generosity will change many lives – for both deserving students and the patients they will care for as the next generation of nurses. We thank WellSky for its commitment to ACC and for taking away one significant barrier so many students face.”
