Your quick guide to deploying WebNest SaaS systems — the WBN Core Engine and modular enterprise tools for business operations.
Choose your solution
Visit our solutions page and explore the WebNest ecosystem. Our WBN infrastructure includes:

Select a license tier that matches your organization's scale. After purchase, you'll receive your license key via email.
Download your system
Log into your WebNest account and download the system package (.zip). This includes the WBN module and any dependencies required for your environment.
Tip: Keep your license key handy — you will need it during activation to unlock full functionality.
Deploy the system
Deploy your WebNest system using one of the following methods:
Method A: WordPress Admin (recommended)
- Log into your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New
- Click Upload Plugin
- Choose the .zip package you downloaded
- Click Install Now
- Once installed, click Activate
Method B: FTP/cPanel
- Unzip the system package on your computer
- Connect to your server via FTP or cPanel File Manager
- Navigate to
/wp-content/plugins/ - Upload the unzipped WBN folder
- Go to WordPress admin → Plugins
- Find your WebNest system and click Activate
Activate your license
After deploying the system, enter your license key to unlock full functionality:
- Find WebNest in your WordPress admin sidebar
- Open the system dashboard
- Go to the License tab
- Paste your license key
- Click Activate License
Success: once activated, you'll see a green status indicator and gain access to automatic updates, premium features, and priority support.

Each WBN module has its own configuration dashboard. Recommended first steps by system type:

- Configure organization settings and user roles
- Set up automation workflows
- Connect integrations (CRM, email, analytics)
- Define operational parameters
WBN Agreement Handler
- Configure document templates and workflows
- Set e-signature requirements
- Customize form fields and branding
- Test with a sample agreement
WBN Media Engine
- Set compression and optimization rules
- Enable WebP/AVIF conversion
- Configure CDN integration

Absolutely. Deactivate the license on the old environment and reactivate it on the new one. You can manage all deployments from your WebNest dashboard.
