Installed this plugin a couple of months ago and it works great. Easy to set up, customize and use and it is working extremely well for our small tour company!

Additionally – I had a recent issue with our site crashing that I thought was the result of a Webba update. I contacted support and received an almost immediate response. Support not only helped me realize the issue was NOT a Webba problem (a different plugin was to blame) and they nevertheless helped guide me through troubleshooting the problem and helped get our site back up quickly.

This is the only appointment plugin that I have found that was flexible enough to cover our required range of specs with a painless payment processor setup, while also looking really nice.

Greatest appointment booking plugin

I really tested dozens of plugins for booking appointments. All had a hook that I could not close. Webba has proved as the best I could find, even in the non-pay-version.

It is highly customizable and it does not irritate by knowing better what you need than you yourself do. Just set up what exactly you want to have. In my test it was the only one to meet all my recommendations and which really works well.

And the best: They have an excellent and fast support. World-class!! I reported a bug in the mobile view and after (felt) a few seconds a helpful person replied and did not break contact until everything was fixed perfectly. Balm onto my wounds made by non-responsive support-hotlines! Great thanks for all that!

This is by far the best booking plugin for WordPress.

Having used many many many booking plugins in the past it is safe to say this is the best one by a long shot. With other plugins, you will always run into one essential booking feature only being available in premium versions. Not so with this one, everything the average business needs is available in the free version.

Multiple bookings, minimum and maximum number of bookings per time slot, custom fields, client cancellations, custom email configuration…it is all there.

The integration with CF7 is really great and the support offered by the authors is first-rate and quick.

Do not even consider another booking plugin. Use this one.

I was searching for a real long time to find the best professional booking plugin for our needs. I have a martial arts school and we tried before a tons of other plugins. But webba booking is really the best of all. In functionality, price and support (very fast, very friendly and patient)! Its also intuitive. And if you need help, the support is there.

You can do really everything with webba booking in an easy way. Get your appointments to the phone with Google-Calendar, send automatically Mail- and SMS Reminders. Set minimum or maximum spaces. Do multibooking..

For us it is one of the major tools of our site.
