At Web2Three, we take accessibility as a goal to strive towards. Some people from our team have cared for or are a part of the larger community affected by conditions that limit the ability to interact with the digital world. As such we truly want to help build a world where everyone is accepted for who they are and are able to experience as much of the good things in life as possible.
Our Standards
We adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our benchmark for accessibility. These globally recognized standards guide our design, development, and content practices to ensure the ability to easily perceive, operate with and understand the content we create. We also put our best efforts into integrating existing assistive technologies.
As of now we don’t have a direct tool on our website to help achieve this but in the future we plan to introduce one.
Our Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is a journey, not a destination and we actively:
- Test new pages and features with tools like:
- WordPress Accessibility Checker
- Color contrast analyzers (e.g., WebAIM’s Contrast Checker)
- Keyboard-only navigation audits
- Readability assessments (Flesch-Kincaid)
- Train our team in inclusive design and development practices.
- Collaborate with accessibility experts to identify and resolve barriers.
Note: While we strive for full compliance, third-party content or linked sites may not always meet our standards.
