KnowBe4 helps people make smarter security decisions. They brought us in to do the same for their social.

The content was there. The mission was clear. But the goal was to stop the scroll and level up their content.

We set out to move beyond the “post and hope” model, creating scroll-worthy content that better reflected KnowBe4’s expertise, personality, and growing audience (while having fun along the way).

The approach

KnowBe4 wanted their social content to feel more human, more relatable, and more worth engaging with, without losing their credibility in cybersecurity. Sculpt helped bring that to life with a culture-first content strategy designed for how professionals actually scroll.

We built creatives specifically for LinkedIn, using meme-forward carousels and visual comparisons to simplify complex topics and boost engagement with new and existing audiences.

We leaned into timely, recognizable cultural moments and used those events to rethink format. Meme-forward carousels, side-by-side comparisons, and punchy visuals gave KnowBe4 a way to show up differently in the feed and connect with new audiences.

A 67% lift in engagement on cultural days, a “March Mayhem” bracket series that doubled the average engagement, and a consistent drip of tailored memes that proved cybersecurity content can be both smart and scrollable.
