Troubleshoot

Updated: 22 Jun 2026

Overview

This page will be updated with known issues, workarounds, and updates as they come up.
When something isn’t working:
  1. Ensure your glasses and Meta AI app are updated to the latest versions.
  2. Try describing the issue to an AI assistant to see if it can resolve the issue.
  3. Test your app on a desktop browser using arrow and enter/return keys. Use your browser’s developer tools for deeper investigation.

Use this page with AI

Copy this prompt into your AI coding tool to debug a Web App issue:
Use https://wearables.developer.meta.com/docs/develop/webapps/troubleshooting/, then use the Wearables MCP endpoint https://mcp.developer.meta.com/wearables to call search_webapps_docs for current Meta Ray-Ban Display Web Apps troubleshooting guidance. If search_webapps_docs is unavailable, use the linked troubleshooting guide and state that MCP docs lookup was unavailable before proceeding. Inspect my app and the failing behavior first, then determine whether the issue is hosting, viewport, arrow-key navigation, focus, favicon format, sensors, storage, or glasses setup. Make the smallest fix and run the relevant local checks.
