Excellent book with great character development. 600 pages went quickly. Audio version very good

Fans of Verghese won’t be disappointed. I read his book entitled The Covenant of Water…it was spectacular. This book is just as spellbinding. I highly recommend both of his books that I’ve mentioned.

I really enjoyed the book, “The Story She Left Behind”. It was a lovely look into a unique kind of beauty and loss. The characters and settings were believable.
