Announcement of 10th W.A.T.E.R. Summer School 2026

The 10th edition of the W.A.T.E.R. Summer School will take place at the Hydraulics Laboratory on the campus of the University of Stuttgart (Germany) from 31 August to 4 September 2026.

Besides offering lectures on the fundamental aspects of acoustic and laser-optical techniques for flow measurements and hydraulic research, special emphasis will be placed on the hands-on implementation of these techniques in open water channels and other test facilities.

More information about the program and details about the registration will come soon.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Stuttgart.

The local course organizers are:

  • Prof. Dr.-Ing. Silke Wieprecht
  • Dr.-Ing. Ingo Schnauder
