The challenges are particularly marked by the consequences of the covid pandemic and Russian aggression in Ukraine. Other factors influencing the ethical professional debate are the energy, financial, and leadership crises. The ethical dimension of the study follows the SDG framework and the complexity encompassing economic, social, environmental dimensions including the future dimension. The author names the core areas and their relevance for further research and management education.

Předložená práce vychází z kritického vyhodnocení Weberovy tezi "ducha kapitalismu", kt... more Předložená práce vychází z kritického vyhodnocení Weberovy tezi "ducha kapitalismu", který je zdůvodněn "protestantskou etikou". Autor Weberovo východisko využívá pro zpracování obecné spirituální koncepce, která má zásadní vliv na zrod, vývoj a udržení hospodářského prostředí, podnikání a management. Po upřesnění základních pojmů se práce soustřeďuje na objasnění fenoménu spirituality, které propojuje s podnikatelskými a manažerskými aktivitami. Výčet spirituálních znaků a podnikatelských potenciálů byl rozdělen na pozitivní a na negativní. Obecné spirituální faktory jsou reflektovány na pozadí základních religiózních systémů -- židovství, křesťanství (protestantismus, katolictví a pravoslaví), islám, hinduismus, budhismus a dalších asijské směry. Spirituální perspektiva je srovnána s pojetím vědy, které má své hranice i potenciály. Praktická část se věnuje doložení spirituálních vlivů na podnikání a ekonomický rozvoj.
