You will assist with registration, crowd flow, and provide an extra hand with any other tasks that arise.

IT&U - Data Science & Analytics
Discuss with students about data science and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about data science & analytics with kids. We will provide a 'talking points' sheet and one of the students at each table will be an INTERalliance Leadership Council member who is prepared to ask driving questions. The first IT&U session will begin at 11am.
IT&U - Software Development
Discuss with students about software development and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about software development with kids. We will provide a 'talking points' sheet and one of the students at each table will be an INTERalliance Leadership Council member who is prepared to ask driving questions. The first IT&U session will begin at 11am.
IT&U - UX/UI Design
Discuss with students about UX/UI and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about UX/UI with kids. IT&U - Artificial Intelligence
Discuss with students about AI and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about AI with kids. IT&U - Cybersecurity
Discuss with students about cybersecurity and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about cybersecurity with kids. We will provide a 'talking points' sheet and one of the students at each table will be an INTERalliance Leadership Council member who is prepared to ask driving questions. IT&U - Project Manager/Support Analyst
Discuss with students about project management and it's careers, opportunities in Cincy, college choices, and choices of majors, etc. Volunteers should be comfortable exploring careers and college opportunities about project management with kids. We will provide a 'talking points' sheet and one of the students at each table will be an INTERalliance Leadership Council member who is prepared to ask driving questions. Showcase Judge
High school chapters will present a capstone technology project for 15 minutes each (everything from robots to video games to videography).

Your main objectives will be to help students learn job interviewing techniques through practicing in a real-time, supportive, and constructive environment, and teach how to craft a standout resume with tips on highlighting your skills, projects, and experiences to impress employers. You will also give students specific and actionable tips on successful job interviews. Overall, give them exposure to recent College Graduates and/or experienced Business Professionals for the best feedback and advice.
