VirtualDVD is a free media emulator that supports up to 24 SCSI devices. You can perform image mounting to local NTFS folders, customize virtual drives by changing a drive letter or DVD region, it supports CD, DVD and Blu-ray image formats such as CCD, BIN, CUE, ISO, IMG, MDS, MDF, LCD, ISZ, CDI, PDI and BWT.
