I'm under the impression that "greenie" and "spike" (the latter is called "Punctio" on the cast page, as mentioned in a previous comic) are this world's equivalent of our Fae, meaning they live far, far longer than mere mortals do.
But that does make me wonder a little bit about why he had four wives in his four centuries of life so far. Hopefully, amicable divorces, or at least endings due to natural causes.
