The cars are rebelling!
Despite my best efforts, my car has hit a few snowplow potholes this winter (the 104/590 connection is like a minefield). A couple days ago I banged one really badly and my car got wobbly, so I took it to my mechanic. Turns out I hit hard enough that I dented a wheel and popped both front tires, plus he said that since I hit hard enough to kill a wheel I probably need the alignment checked. For those playing along at home, that brings us to about $600 in car repairs. My xmas present was a new microwave after Adam's melted, my bday present is car repairs...I'm noticing a rather disturbing trend.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Adam got pulled over not once but twice for having an expired inspection sticker. Passing his inspection cost about $1100 in repairs. Even after all that, driving in his car is still like taking off in an airplane, so he might need to get something else fixed too.
And to wrap it all up my dad's car just decided that it didn't really need that silly old exhaust pipe.
*facedashboard*
