• Actors are expected to have decent microphone quality with minimal background noise which includes, but is not limited to: avoiding white noise, television or music, other residents speaking/being loud, cars, lawn mowers, and animals. HEADPHONES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL WORKSHOPS.
• Actors are expected to be on a laptop or computer, NOT a phone or tablet. If applicable to ADR/dubbing, you must be able to split your screen into two sections: the video (Discord), and the script.
• Cameras are not required for coaching or workshops. In consideration of participants' privacy, we do not take photos during or at the conclusion of any teaching, unless special circumstances arise and all students consent.
• All personal information will be managed exclusively by Very Berry Studios.
• The order of participants for workshops will be arranged from top to bottom in accordance with the character order outlined in the provided script. If you anticipate needing to leave early or arriving late, we are happy to accommodate your needs; please inform us in advance.
• All workshops and coaching take place via the Voice Acting+ Guild on Discord. It is important that you are verified in the server and have your input settings prepared BEFORE the workshop begins.
ㅤ• We will provide a 10 minute grace period for people to verify and join their sessions. We will not go over material that is missed if you are late.

• We obtain the right to deny anyone participation in any of the workshops or coaching, given that they have not paid. If paid, they will be refunded.
• Those who are not present for their scheduled time, whether that be the audition add-on or the session itself, will not be eligible for a refund.
ㅤ• If the audition add-on pieces are submitted past the communicated deadline, they will not be eligible for evaluation or refund.
• Refunds are not provided for any coaching or workshops due to personal conflicts. Reschedules are only allowed if communicated at least 72 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule, you must inform us beforehand in order for it to be processed.
• Regarding the Monthly ADR Practice, those who are not present for the practice and do not inform us at a minimum of 24 hours prior will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.
• Workshop dates and times may be changed and/or removed/canceled depending on sudden conflicts or seat availability. If you have paid, you are eligible to reschedule or receive a refund due to these conflicts.
• Payments are made via PayPal. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
• Any information or materials provided to you via email or during a session must not be disclosed to any private or public third parties.

ADR WORKSHOP

Our ADR workshop take place via the Voice Acting+ Guild community, with no additional programs required. All actors are guaranteed a minimum of 10-15 cues, not including multiple reactions and lines in one cue. Actors will be pre-assigned their cues and a character.We at Very Berry created this workshop for those who are on a budget and want to get more hands-on ADR/dubbing workshop through understanding the process and matching lip flaps. So if you’ve never done ADR before, this workshop is perfect for you!

By referring a friend to take a practice with us, you and your friend will be eligible for 10% off a full practice. You can also get 20% off your second full practice with us! The discounts cannot be stacked, but you can save referrals/discounts to use at any time, unless stated otherwise.

• We have the right to decline your commission and/or put your demo process on pause if your remote setup does not meet our standards.
• Unless requested otherwise, you consent to your demo being displayed in our past clients portfolio on our website or other medias.• All payments will be processed via PayPal invoicing with a 4% service fee.
• Please note that PayPal may impose its own fees for transactions. We are not responsible for any charges or fees applied by PayPal.
• Payments can be in full or 50% upfront, other 50% near final delivery.
• For custom demos, payments can only be made in full.
• Clients must pay any requested total within 5 days of the invoice being sent.
• Full refunds may only be provided if your commission has not begun. Partial refunds may only be provided if there is a conflict on our side.
• If a client is unresponsive or does not provide the references required within one month since our initial request, we reserve the right to terminate the continuation of services with no refund.
• Whether commissions are closed or not, waitlists are always open.

• Clients must submit requested audio recordings/samples within 5 business days.
• While references are not mandatory, they are highly recommended. This includes for both script and visual/card services.
• If references are not provided, you consent to grant us full creative freedom.
• All assets provided (text, art, etc) must be ethically obtained with no use of AI or filters and are permitted for altering and commercial use.
• Demo production will begin after all references are obtained.
• We obtain the right to deny any references or art provided to us.• Clients have a period of 2 weeks to ask for any revisions for work provided after initial contact regarding completion of said-work.
• The rate for Scripting and/or Mixing may increase if the work you provide to us exceeds a minute and 10 seconds, or has more than 7 scenes.
• The rate for Direction may increase if your session exceeds the scheduled timeframe or you reschedule more than twice.
• There will be an additional fee for rushed commissions. (fee varies)
• After final delivery is approved, changes cannot be made.

• By filling out our roster submission form, you consent to receive auditions, demo reel discount offers, and information about special events hosted by Very Berry Studios and the Voice Acting+ Guild.
• We reserve the right to remove your name from our roster at any time, for any reason, and under any circumstance, at the sole discretion of Very Berry Studios.
• All of our casting calls are public. We do not offer private opportunities. As such, please do not cold contact us in an attempt to be considered for projects. We evaluate submissions based on open calls only.

• Any assets (text, artwork, etc.) provided to Very Berry Studios by creators for use in projects are ethically obtained. We do not use AI-generated content in any form, and we prioritize protecting your rights as an actor against the use of AI.
• Our roster submission form does not ask for or collect any personal information, including age, identification, or ethnicity. As a result, you may receive casting calls for roles that do not apply to your particular profile or preferences.
• Very Berry Studios is not affiliated with any casting agencies or Union opportunities. All casting calls are independent and open to non-union talent.
