After you’ve looked around online, we invite you to follow our three-step application process to find out if Veritas is the right fit for you and your family.
Our Enrollment Process
Step 1 - Visit Veritas
If you haven’t already, we invite you to visit Veritas and experience our vision for Classical, Christian, and Covenantal education at work. We offer individual tours and Open House events throughout the year.

Homeschool & Part-Time Students
At Veritas Academy, we support parent-driven education and educational choice with part-time enrollment options. Homeschool students can enrich their program of study with a variety of classes, offered in block-format scheduling to accommodate other coursework. Extended day classes and athletic programs can complement an even wider variety of schooling choices.

❑ Completed Supplemental Admissions Questionnaire
❑ Pastor Recommendation Form
❑ Two Letters of Recommendation must be completed by teachers and/or administrators from the most recent school attended, preferably one teacher and one administrator
Additional documents for applicants entering 1st grade or above (not required for Pre-K & Kindergarten):
❑ A copy of the most recent standardized test scores for each student applying (e.g. Stanford Achievement Test or Iowa Test of Basic Skills, etc.)
❑ A copy of the report cards from the two most recent grading terms for each student applying
❑ Samples of the student’s recent academic work for each student applying. Please include photocopies of two recent math assignments, two recent writing assignments and a list of recent books read.
