This product is offered as an annual contract billed monthly and is designed to provide flexible, tiered support depending on the unique needs of your organization and to comfortably fit in with any other managed services or cyber security augmentations you may already have in place.

V2CloudCare offers three premium plans—Secured, Managed, and Advanced—that build on our VDI Basic and VDI Business plans. Each tier provides increasing levels of protection, deployment support, and IT management.

Plan Pricing

• Secured: $7.50 USD per user/month (annual contract) – minimum user threshold of $15
• Managed: $15 USD per user/month (annual contract) – minimum user threshold of $30
• Advanced: $25 USD per user/month (annual contract) – minimum user threshold of $75

How to Purchase a V2CloudCare Plan

Step 1: Open the V2CloudCare

• From your dashboard, click the V2CloudCare button at the top of the page.
• You’ll land on the plan selection screen, with VDI Basic pre-selected by default.

Step 2: Compare Plans

• The comparison table (shown above) highlights the services available in each plan.
• Hover over the info (“i”) icons for more detailed explanations of specific features.

Step 3: Review FAQs and Contact Options

• Below the comparison table, you’ll find a section with common FAQs.
• If you still need help, click Contact Us to connect with our support team.

Step 4: Select Your Plan

• Once you’ve decided, click the plan that fits your organization’s needs.
• You’ll be redirected to the checkout page, which includes:
  • Your selected plan
  • Number of users
  • Subtotal, taxes, and total price
  • Payment options

Step 5: Confirm Subscription

• Complete the checkout process.
• After purchase, you’ll be redirected to the Subscriptions page, where a banner will confirm your active plan.
• This page is also where you can manage changes to your subscription.
• A “V2CloudCare Protected” badge appears on the top of the navigation bar

Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

• Upgrade
  • Go to the Subscriptions page from the left-hand navigation.
  • Click Change Plan on the V2CloudCare banner.
  • Select a higher-tier plan and proceed to checkout.
  • The upgrade takes effect immediately after purchase.

• Downgrade
  • Follow the same steps, but select a lower-tier plan.
  • At checkout, you’ll see the adjusted pricing.
  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
