UX Sofia is organized by Lucrat. The goal of the conference is to expand skills and build upon knowledge in the field of design, research, and user communication.

Automation and Sense-making
is the theme of the 16th edition

We will explore the transition to a time in which AI becomes everyday and automation ubiquitous. We will discuss the impact of this era on:

Users who need to preserve their human rationality.
Organizations that evolve from “sticky notes” to integrated problem‑solving, where design is part of the internal culture, not an external ritual.
Professionals who delegate work but maintain their authenticity and expertise.

We will traditionally hold the event over three consecutive days:

11 and 12 November – 4 half‑day interactive workshops.
13 November – seminar day with lectures.

All workshops and the seminar will be held live. The seminar will be streamed on the Lucrat YouTube channel and recorded.
