If the box is damaged, take pictures. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, contact us we strive to do what is fair. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/span><\/p><p>Expedited orders (2-day) purchased from our site before 4PM mountain time generally ship out the next business day.\u00a0 Upon shipment the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Occasionally, the email will be spammed by email providers. If you have not received the email check your &#8220;Spam&#8221; or &#8220;Junk&#8221; mail prior to calling. Shipping times are estimates from postal carriers and delivery can not be guaranteed on the day of the estimate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Warranty:<\/span><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">TheCOM warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Stingray UTV LLC. (&#8220;TheCOM&#8221;) warrants our product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">If a defect exists, and TheCOM is obligated under this warranty, at its option TheCOM will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product minus shipping charges. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. Visible water damage to the circuit board (discoloration, rust, calcium build up, etc.) is not covered and will void the warranty.\u00a0 A replacement part has a sixty (60) day warranty from the date of repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TheCOM&#8217;s property.
