Welcome to 101 Archer

101 Archer is The University of Tulsa’s arts and culture hub in the center of the Tulsa Arts District. This four-story building is home to several UTulsa programs including the Oklahoma Center for the Humanities and Kendall College of Arts & Sciences Arts, Culture & Entertainment program. The first floor galleries feature a variety of public programs and exhibitions produced by Oklahoma Center for the Humanities among others.

The first floor is open noon to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, and noon to 9 p.m. the first Friday of each month for First Friday Art Crawl.

Parking
Street parking is available throughout downtown Tulsa, including the Tulsa Arts District. Paid, covered parking is available in the North Garage located on North Boston Avenue between First and Archer streets, just north of the BOK / Williams Tower.

About the Building

Designed by Selser Schaefer Architects for the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa, the building opened on Dec. 16, 2012, at the northeast corner of East Archer Street and North Boston Avenue.

For nearly 10 years, it served as a community centerpiece for the arts until the organization closed its doors on Nov. 4, 2022. The University of Tulsa acquired the building in February of 2023 to reaffirm its commitment to the arts and humanities and has since invested in its infrastructure for expanded community engagement.

Event Rentals

The University of Tulsa rents out 101 Archer including its various indoor galleries, meeting spaces, outdoor balcony overlooking the Tulsa Arts District and the immaculate outdoor Zink Garden.
