In the present investigation an analysis of the motivations of religious-pilgrim tourists and their satisfaction with a series of factors that make up the offer, infrastructure and tourism supra-structure of El Cisne is developed; parish that is located to the northeast of the corner Loja at a distance of 72 km. In this town is its imposing basilica considered as the only one in the Ecuadorian extreme south where the pilgrimage in honor of the Virgin of El Cisne takes place on August 15 of each year. The methodology of this research is through a statistical-descriptive analysis using the survey technique and the Likert scale where the score is detailed on a scale of 1 to 5, the value of 1 means very dissatisfied and the score 5 is very satisfied. These data were collected through a survey applied to religious tourists and pilgrims during the time of pilgrimage. The factors included in the survey encompass three blocks: the supply, infrastructure and superstructure of the area. Through the development of the field research, the results that are manifested in the different opinions of the respondents are presented, based on this, the level of satisfaction of the religious and pilgrim tourist is determined, as well as the real motivations that drive the development of this modality of tourism in the area, the vision and the tourist experience that the religious pilgrim tourist has in this locality.

The present is a study on the connection that the institutions of Higher Education have with the community, and the obligation as an academy to contribute to the development of vulnerable zones. Here we analyze the existing resources on the Costa Rica Island, which is located in the Jambelí Archipelago, in the Santa Rosa canton, El Oro province. In this area there are approximately 520 ha. of mangrove, whose custody was delivered by the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador in 2000 to the Costa Rica Association; a methodology based on a theoretical-exploratory analysis has been used in which data from primary and secondary sources was obtained to determine the biodiversity existing in the area, mainly in the mangrove, while the second phase consisted in the application of the methodology of survey and hierarchy of tourist attractions established by the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador, composed of four points that are: survey, registration, weighting and ranking. The link that has been achieved through this study, results in the discovery of the tourist vocation of the island, since tourism as an activity contributes to the revaluation of the area and to enhance the initiatives of the comuneros, besides, consolidate the presence of the UTPL, as a pioneer in the development of social responsibility projects with impact on the community.

La Mancomunidad Bosque Seco (MBS) es una AsociaciA³n de municipalidades del sur occidente de la provincia de Loja – Ecuador que se unieron, entre otros objetivos, para fomentar el turismo y el bienestar de la comunidad local a travA©s de la bAosqueda de soluciones ambientales, sociales/culturales y econA³micas. Se propone en la Mancomunidad el desarrollo del ecoturismo, ya que esta actividad puede conllevar efectos positivos para las comunidades locales y la conservaciA³n del medio ambiente. Este estudio analiza el perfil del visitante en la MBS llevando a cabo un muestreo no probabilA­stico y de tipo casual. Los resultados indican que los visitantes que se desplazan a esta Airea de estudio son: viajeros nacionales, que viven cerca de esta zona, viajan en solitario y permanecen un solo dA­a. TambiA©n suelen visitar los recursos culturales y demandan actividades relacionadas con el turismo de aventura o deportes.

espanolEl turismo creativo se establece como una alternativa para el desarrollo y diversificacion de los destinos, constituyendose en una estrategia capaz de crear redes de colaboracion, a traves de las cuales se puedan compartir conocimientos, experiencias y tecnicas dentro de los siete campos de accion que establece la UNESCO. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning in grade IV SD. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 14 grade students of SD Terangmas in the 2020/2021 academic year. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the use of learning powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes in the subject matter of Theme 4 Sub Theme 2 Learning 1 in class IV Terangmas Undaan Elementary School for the 2020/2021 school year as evidenced by the percentage of learning outcomes in cycle I by 70% to 90% in the cycle II and becomes 100% in cycle III
