Scholarship Programs Supporting Students & Guardians Pursuing STEM Careers and Service

2026 Scholarship Opportunities Now Open

As part of our core mission, SFA provides an intellectual space to students, Guardians and space professionals to contribute their ideas, opinions, and research on the pursuit of spacepower.

Deadlines for both scholarships are May 1, 2026.

Future Space Professionals Scholarship Program

The Future Space Professionals Scholarship seeks to provide tuition funding to college undergraduate STEM students in their junior or senior year.

The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage students with diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences to pursue STEM education as a foundation for future service as a space professional in industry, government, or the US Space Force.

United States Space Force Guardian Scholarship

SFA proudly announces the creation of the United States Space Force Guardian Scholarship, a dedicated award honoring the service, commitment, and academic excellence of USSF Guardians and future Guardians.

This scholarship is specifically designed to support currently serving Guardians, former Guardians, and contracted future Guardians who are pursuing higher education while advancing the future of spacepower.
