The study reveals that coauthorship is predominant in the field, with most papers coauthored by pairs or trios of researchers. The social network
analysis indicates high average clustering coefficient meaning researchers in electromagnetism education introduce their
coauthors to each other, expanding the social circle within the field. However, the network also exhibits a fragmented structure,
with several subgroups collaborating independently. The presence of students in connected components is relatively low, indicating a mature research community driven mainly by university professors. Moreover, structural features of the coauthorship network do not vary significantly between researchers from multiple journals versus a single journal. This study underscores the importance of social network analysis in understanding scientific collaboration and its implications for knowledge diffusion within a narrow research community within physics education research.

In this sense, this work fits into a theoretical analysis on the content of teaching electromagnetism by addressing issues of its foundation, and not of its methods. As a result, we present an initial synthesis of the essential concepts that structure the classic electromagnetic phenomena, namely: movement, variation, and interaction. We also propose an activity to analyze these concepts, concretizing them in the generation, transmission and use of electrical energy. We highlight as this work's main conclusions the possibility of dialogue between Davydov's theory and the teaching of Physics to promote theoretical thinking, as well as the outline of a theoretical model.

However, there is constant movement and dozens of works that have proposed to map, articulate and systematize research results in integrative perspectives over the years. Given this context, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the network of
researchers who dedicated themselves to tracing panoramas in the area of Physics Education between 2000 and 2020. This is an empirical research in which it analyzes data from the authors of 31 mapping type papers published in Iberoamerican journals. The analysis revealed that mapping type research follows more general trends in academic
research in bibliometric aspects, such as the number of authors per article and the proportion of co-authored articles. It was found that the collective of analyzed researchers does not form a cohesive community, as they work in small groups isolated from other actors in the network. There is no international collaboration between higher education institutions. In addition, the presence of students in all co-authorships of national articles
was also observed. Finally, the discussion carried out indicates multiple paths for future research.

decades. For this synthesis, we searched into 33 different peer-reviewed Iberoamerican journals individually, and we were able to
gather and narrow down to 31 literature review articles from four different Iberoamerican countries. The search period was from
January 2000 to June 2020. We adopted Bardin’s (2016) content analysis as a theoretical framework; hence, grouping all the literature
review articles into four different dimensions concerning: teaching level; physics content; didactical strategies; and physics education
related to other contexts. Our findings indicated that most literature reviews are from the last decade, and 45% are aimed to describe
the presence of specific content of physics. Of all these, 71% are related to topics in modern and contemporary physics. The 55% is
divided into literature reviews concerning the use of didactical strategies, or the relation of physics education to other contexts. Moreover, concerning the quality of information disclosure related to the reviews’ description methods, we have found that 17 out of 31
are of high quality. We point out the absence of literature review in PER that searched for the presence of theoretical frameworks,
based on didactical or psychological theoretical references, as a basis to plan or apply didactic sequences of any physical content.

From the SNA, three networks were constructed: (i) keyword cooccurrence, (ii) Higher Education institutions' collaborations, and (iii) coauthorship. The analytical results indicated an articulation between keywords, showing that ICT is in a central position with many connections without being isolated in specific niches. In addition, there was a predominance of work from public and private universities in the Brazilian Southeast region and collaboration with institutions geographically nearby. Alternatively, a highly fragmented coauthorship network shows the predominance of authors with doctoral degrees. Lastly, the networks formed are similar to those in other social research areas.

Faraday’s Law Low-Cost Experiment Without Permanent Magnets
The Physics Teacher, 2021

Perhaps one of the reasons for this is that students are unable to visualize the forces, fields, currents, and other electromagnetism key concepts that are related to the topic. Most teachers address this difficulty by including the use of some technological instruments such as virtual simulations, as well as hands-on experiments. This paper describes a simple experiment related to electromagnetic induction. The central principle of electromagnetic induction is Faraday’s law. Michael Faraday first stated his law in 1832 as “if a terminated wire moves so as to cut a magnetic curve, a power is called into action which tends to urge an electric current through it.” Nowadays, physicists use modern language to describe Faraday’s law of induction: “the induced emf in a closed loop equals the negative of the time rate of change of magnetic flux through the loop”; see Eq. A teoria do ensino desenvolvimental lapidada por Davydov e seu colaborador principal Daniil Elkonin nasce com as obras de Vigotski e na teoria da atividade de Leontiev (LIBÂNEO; FREITAS, 2017).

Physics students perception of fundamentals relations of electromagnetism, 2020
This paper intends to investigate college sophomore physics students' perception of the core rela... more This paper intends to investigate college sophomore physics students' perception of the core relations of electromagnetism. The main motivation for this inquiry came from two perspectives. The first perspective is that Science Education has a significant amount of research articles in the area of methodologies framework, loose speaking, "how to teach". For instance, problem-based learning, peer-instruction, just-in-time teaching, just to cite a few well-known instructional strategies. However, it lacks research articles in the area of "how should we organize the subjectmatter we intend to teach", which centers our work. The second perspective comes after the first author's master thesis has presented the germ-cell of electromagnetism under a theoretical framework from developmental teaching to be variation, movement, and interaction. A very frequent appointment is that these three relations are self-evident, and the majority of physics students would appropriately guess and justify these relations in different societal practice that involves electromagnetism. Therefore, we decided to investigate whether this hypothesis is maintained after a questionnaire-type of analysis. The questionnaire was not mandatory and not graded in any form. The sample consists of 15 written answers (25% of the class) from 14 physics major students enrolled in the teacher training program and 1 meteorology major. As expected, the results indicate that students give as core relations only the main concepts like the electromagnetic field and electric charge, without questioning what kind of relations underlie all these concepts. Due to standard curriculum organization, college physics students seem to see the aforementioned concepts already as most fundamentals. Thus, work is needed to permit students to see all these cited concepts as derived from germ-cell relations. School time is limited; therefore, it is relevant to work on trying to outline the core relations that could form a coherent model to significantly teach the subject-matter.
