This system allows users to obtain and release the resources on demand and gain access to data by providing the relegation of the physical location and accurate parameters of the resources. Cloud computing systems are either proprietary or dependent on infrastructure software, which is the focus of this research. Open source (OS), which is a cloud infrastructure software, is popular in particular fields, such as operating systems, programming languages and software application, and, most importantly, cloud computing. However, public administrations, commercial enterprises, and other institutions have yet to incorporate Open source software in the cloud infrastructure of their organizations because of the lack of information and comprehension of such technology. This paper, therefore, will examine the principles of cloud computing, compare proprietary cloud computing and open source cloud computing, examine the OSCC platforms, and examine the open stack platform usage. Keywords: OS (Open source), OSS (Open source software), PaaS (platform as a service), IaaS (infrastructure as a service), SaaS (software as a service), OSCC (Open Source Cloud Computing).

The new parallel granularity, which has the same granularity level as the parallel slice-level H.264 codec, is based on decomposing the entire video frame into tiles by utilizing a new inherently parallel 2D domain decomposition method. To assess the proposed approach, its parallel scalability, bit rate, and parallel impact on visual quality (peak signal-to-noise ratio) are compared with those of other approaches. Empirical results show significant improvements in encoding time as compared to the serial and the parallel slice-level approaches. In terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio and bit rate, certain results improved, a few were comparable, while a few were discouraging, when compared to the results of the other approaches. However, addressing the limitations of the proposed method is highlighted as future work.

To identify ways to promote the use of open source cloud computing (OSCC), a questionnaire entitled "Effectiveness of open source cloud computing on Malaysian organisations" was designed, developed, and pretested. The questionnaire was validated, and its reliability was tested. A convenient sample of 55 respondents was identified from university Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). The questionnaire was designed to measure the knowledge levels of ICT and the intent to use OSCC. The reliability was tested for internal consistency using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Good internal consistency was found (Cronbach's alpha = 0.799). The reliability of attitude items and some knowledge items were measured by the Split-Half reliability method; the Spearman-Brown and Guttman Split-Half coefficients were 0.60 and 0.560, respectively. In conclusion, the finding from this validation study indicate that the "Effectiveness of open source cloud computing on Malaysian organisations" questionnaire is a reliable and valid measure of OSCC knowledge that can now be used in educational settings because it shows acceptable test reliability and validity.

Many researchers studied and still studying how to solve this limitation, and most of the researchers come out with tree structure as a solution but in a different ways.
