Tehran stock exchange is at a lower level in terms of efficiency. Sudden changes of stock return have been observed. This will lead to liquidity transfer to nonproductive markets including the Exchange of exchange and gold. The aim of this paper is to model the stock price crash risk in Tehran stock exchange. In this regard, the effect of factors such as cash management, financial distress, and disclosure quality and board composition were measured in the stock price crash risk. Also, the agency cost is considered as an intermediary variable. The statistical population of the companies listed in Tehran stock exchange is in the period from 1392 to 1396. To test the hypotheses, multivariate linear regression analysis and structural equation method are used. The results of the hypotheses tests show that, apart from the financial distress of other studied variables, the stock price crash risk is effective.

Based on international standards and directives of international organizations which lead the ind... more Based on international standards and directives of international organizations which lead the industrial clusters, successful implementation of such clusters involves some preliminary measures. An example of these is the challenges related to the cluster needed to identify the supporting and limiting factors pertaining to it. A study of the existing resources showed that the developing countries have already started the implementation of cluster strategy; however, unlike their noticeable endeavors in this regard, they haven't yet acquired satisfactory results. Applying phenomenographical approach, an empirical study was conducted to identify obstacles and constraints facing the carpet industry cluster in Sistan and Baluchestan province of Iran. This cluster contained 23 private and public firms involved in the carpet industry and more than 6000 weavers and other relevant human resources. Phenomenographical analysis shows that from the viewpoint of stakeholders, structural problems together with the special conditions of this province, which are referred to as contextual factors, have created a limiting environment for successful performance of the cluster.

An attempt to achieve cases such as an interest to human qualitative dimensions, including vitality, is of special priority and counted as important factors in academic success. With the aim of exploring the level of happiness of the faculty members of Urmia University of Medical Sciences, the study was conducted. It thus serves as cross descriptive-analytic. The environment of the study constitute the colleges of Urmia University of Medical Sciences. A sample consisting of 151 subjects was chosen as multistage stratified sampling. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire which was used in previous studies and their validity and reliability were again reviewed and confirmed in this study. The questionnaires were filled out by faculty members. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19. The mean and standard deviation of the total score of the level of happiness were obtained; 3.57±.469 Additionally, there was a significant difference in the average happiness of the faculty members of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the college.

The present study aims to investigate into the level of staff's social capital and its relati... more The present study aims to investigate into the level of staff's social capital and its relationship to organizational health in Social Security Organizations (SSO) of South Kerman Province. The statistical population of the present study is all the workers of the organizations in 2013. The sample of the study consisted 150 individuals of the kind. In order to collect necessary data, a questionnaire was used, the validity of which has been examined using professors’ and management expert's opinions. Its reliability, likewise, was obtained as much as 0.85 through Cronbach's alpha, which is an appropriate reliability. In an attempt to test the research hypotheses, one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression in stepwise manner have been utilized with the help of SPSS 19. The results of the study showed that the level of the SSO workers’ social capital remain proved high and desired and the dimensions of social capital have a positive significant effect on organizational health.
