Agriculture plays a key role in the development of the economy, agricultural production being the main source of food, the basis of human existence and the basis of raw materials for many industries. The need for development and modernization stems from its vital role in meeting the food needs of the world's population. This human activity has the greatest contribution to human well-being. Currently, 60% of the Earth's population makes a living directly from farming. Agriculture has a decisive role in solving the food problem, agriculture is a branch that provides the raw material for the food industry-90%, light industry-70%, chemical industry-20%. At the national level, agriculture is one of the important branches of the Romanian economy. The contribution of agriculture, forestry, fish farming in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product is around 6%, and in the EU member states, it is around 1.7%

Rapeseed cultivation technology can be improved with the help of geographic information systems. These tools given by G.I.S. allow the collection, analysis and monitoring of spatial data to improve the management decisions of agricultural land cultivated with rapeseed. Rapeseed is a newly cultivated plant in Europe since the beginning of the last century for its qualities. The agriculture areas are correlated with: climate, relief, geological substrate of the land, soil, culture technology. The purpose of the article is to present statistical data of rapeseed cultivation and to correlate them with the analyzed spatial tools used today in increasing the agricultural area and the production obtained.

On the continents, all areas were affected, from work to leisure and travel. The education sector has not been spared the consequences either. For months during isolation, schools, colleges and universities closed their doors, and online courses became the new norm. But education does not stop at the school gate, and educators everywhere have done everything in their power to ensure that pupils and students do not lag behind. The pandemic caused awareness of significant gaps and deficiencies regarding digital skills, connectivity and the use of technology in education. The paper presents issues related to the implementation of the online learning system in education, including the structure of higher education, the implications for both students, teachers and the global impact on society.

Wine accompanies, enhances, completes and sometimes sublimates our table. However, it cannot be confined to the gastronomy sector alone because it is much more than that. Wine has a cultural, historical and heritage dimension, it also occupies a decisive place in the economic and social fields. France and wine… A long story that has caused a lot of “ink to flow”. It was the Greeks who, around 600 BC. AD, planted the first vines in southern Gaul. From the 2nd century BC. AD, the Romans and then the Gallo-Romans gradually developed wine production throughout the territory of present-day France. During the Middle Ages and the centuries that followed, the wines were perfected. This movement resulted in the emergence of very different beverages, which current producers continue to improve.

This tourism is starting to become an alternative to the late autumn holidays – you visit wineries, cellars, churches, everything is concentrated on a distance of only 60 kilometers. In the middle of the road between Bucharest and Brasov, on the border between Prahova and Buzau counties lies the homeland of red wine – “Dealu Mare”/ “Big Hill” vineyards. It has thousands of hectares of vineyards, eight famous wineries, and mansions that belonged to the old boyar families, some renovated and recently entered the tourist circuit, others in ruins, but just as spectacular. There are also 17th-century monasteries and themed museums that recreate the atmosphere of the houses in the area.

Situation corresponds to the relative measurements of the near or distance measure of two or more points in the building. Corresponding absolute position shift points when construction is measured against a set of fixed points, located outside the zone of influence of the strain construction and soil foundation, forming a general reference. Building of Faculty of Land Reclamation and Environmental Engineering in Bucharest is subject to a request under its operating conditions determined and suffered displacement and strain in linear time. This paper aims show how the design evolved over the past five years.

Safety of structures is one of the main performance requirements for buildings. Expressed in a quality-like manner, this requirement must be completed with quantitative factors.

Maybe, cadastral measurements have not represented and do not represent a purpose in itself, but they have established the first steps in the procedures of tax levies, having as main purpose the setting of limits to the land properties.

Many of these are closely related, but by far the most important problem is the climate change. In the course of Earth evolution, climate has changed many times, sometimes dramatically. Warmer eras always replaced and were in turn replaced by glacial ones. However, the climate of the past almost ten thousand years has been very stable. During this period human civilization has also developed. In the past nearly 100 years since the beginning of industrialization the global average temperature has increased by approx. 0.6 ° C (after IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)), faster than at any time in the last 1000 years.
