
Karina Zybina
Dr. Karina Zybina studied musicology in Moscow, Zurich, and Salzburg. As a doctoral researcher, she was involved in various activities and initiatives, among the others those of the Herbert von Karajan Institute. After finishing her studies, she was equally active in Vienna and Salzburg, teaching both graduate and post-graduate courses. Although her research interests are rather broad, she mainly works in the field of Mozart studies. Starting from February 2023, she will be running her post-doctoral project on reception, perception, and performance histories of W.A. Mozart’s fragments – the COIN project - at the University of Uppsala.
