In the last years, the tourism sector has been affected by the crisis generated by COVID-19, so t... more In the last years, the tourism sector has been affected by the crisis generated by COVID-19, so this prompted to rethink new strategies that bring with them the appropriate parameters and recommendation. The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of tourist satisfaction and loyalty towards a tourist destination of beaches and medicinal lagoons. The research used a non-experimental, correlational design, the technique used was the survey and as an instrument a questionnaire applied to a sample of 300 tourists. The results indicated that retired women were the most frequent visitors to the tourist destination. Also, 51% of the tourists responded that the tourist destination did meet their expectations, and wi th respect to loyalty, tourists would repeat the visit. Finally, if the satisfaction increase, loyalty also increase, therefore, it exists a positive correlation between the tourist satisfaction and loyalty to the tourist destination.

Communication is an essential part to achieve the goals of any organization. Thus, nowadays, many... more Communication is an essential part to achieve the goals of any organization. Thus, nowadays, many organizations are committed to have an appropriate communication flow, being of total obligation to provide their collaborators with the necessary tools for an assertive communication; therefore, if the collaborators perceive that the institution offers them value, they will show great commitment to the achievement of the goals, based on internal communication. The government institution under study, which manages tourism in a region of Peru, presents several problems related to the organizational climate and its factors, such as lack of cooperation, poor relations between employees, conflicts and poor communication, which causes low productivity by the institution. The general objective is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate of the Regional Management of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Lambayeque and the impact on the achievement of the institution's objectives. Its variables seek to know if there is a relationship between organizational climate and the impact on the achievement of goals. Likewise, in relation to the methodology, it was a quantitative study, the method used was inductive and deductive, with a non-experimental design of correlational cross-sectional cut. Its population consisted of 35 workers of the Regional Management of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Lambayeque, and its sample was a census, since it worked with the entire population and had a non-probabilistic sampling, of these correspond to 19 males and 16 females. Likewise, in terms of techniques and instruments, a survey was used, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument for both variables. As the main result, when applying Spearman's Rho, a value of 0.872 was obtained, which indicates that there is a strong and positive relationship between organizational climate and goal fulfillment. In view of the above, it has been concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and goal achievement.

The objective of this research was to determine the level of perception of the social entrepreneurship competence in business students of a private university in Lima, capital of Peru. The methodology used was quantitative, with a transactional approach, the sample was random considering 185 business students, the data collected was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The results show that 94.1% have a high level of perception of competence in social entrepreneurship; in social and personal traits they present 91.4% and 96.2% respectively; however, a lower level in innovative traits with 76.2%. The investigation concluded in the determination of a high level of competence in social entrepreneurship, however, the innovative traits must be reinforced and for this the innovation component can be included in the courses, to generate viable products and services that contribute to the creation of sustainable organizations improving their value proposition, competitiveness and economic growth. Likewise, it is advisable to reinforce personal and social traits in the training of professionals to face an environment of high uncertainty. This work will contribute to other scientific research to compare the level of competence in social entrepreneurship in other national and international contexts.

Over the years, the use of relationship marketing has been linked to customer loyalty so that com... more Over the years, the use of relationship marketing has been linked to customer loyalty so that companies can reach their customers in an innovative and effective way; knowing first the market, their customers and the products or services they offer. Likewise, achieving a great customer-company bond, for this reason the main objective of the research is to determine if there is a significant relationship between relationship marketing with the process of customer loyalty in custom arrangements companies, the study has a quantitative design, cross-sectional and correlational type, a survey was developed to 380 people with probabilistic sampling, the population was defined for men and women in Lima, the capital of Peru, The dimensions recognized were customer retention, communication, endomarketing, customer experience, information and internal marketing. The results showed that the location of these companies is of utmost importance for customers, and that customers in this area are very demanding in their requirements; on the other hand, a large percentage agreed with the services offered in these businesses since a good relationship is established between customers and employees. Finally, customers indicated that there is post-purchase follow-up and that the company has well-trained workers. In conclusion, it was obtained that most of the customers like to buy in this type of personalized arrangements stores and that they like to receive advice, the statistical inference tests also conclude that there is a significant relationship between relationship marketing and customer loyalty, thus verifying the hypothesis raised in the research.

Tourism faces a problem that had not been experienced before COVID-19, this crisis allows us to r... more Tourism faces a problem that had not been experienced before COVID-19, this crisis allows us to rethink the tourism sector to make it better, resilient, sustainable and inclusive. The objective of the research was to determine preferences of people with disabilities who reside in Lima, the capital of Peru, to carry out post-Covid tourism, the sample consisted of 102 people registered with the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities. The research method is descriptive, with a quantitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional approach. The main results were that 56% of respondents with disabilities are between 21 and 40 years old, 81% travel accompanied and 44% will definitely travel and do tourism after the pandemic. It was concluded that people with disabilities are willing to carry out post-Covid tourism with preferences in adventure, historical, cultural and ecotourism tourism; they seek to satisfy the needs of leisure and cultural exchange; they will require special assistance, biosafety measures in transportation and accessibility to tourist resources, finally they require that sign language or braille be used to make communication more accessible. Therefore, it is concluded that the requirements of people with disabilities can be met by the Peruvian tourist offer and constitute a potential unattended tourist demand.

However, the pandemic has given rise to new perspectives on sustainable development. Thus, it is vital to identify new tourist needs and impressions about tourist attractions. The Paracas National Reserve attracts thousands of people yearly and seeks to protect the marine-coastal ecosystems home to extraordinary biological diversity. The study aims to define the perception of sustainability and the emerging needs of tourists from Lima, the capital of Peru, when visiting the Paracas National Reserve during the pandemic. The paper is non-experimental, quantitative, explanatory, and transversal research. A survey was applied to 83 respondents from Lima who had visited the Paracas National Reserve before and during the pandemic. For data collection, the survey technique with Google Forms was used; quantitative data were analyzed using MS Excel. The findings show that 88% of tourists prefer to travel with family or friends, 88.24% consider it essential to reduce the number of groups, 69.41% value social distancing, 60.2% note that the Reserve is well attended, 75.9% are satisfied with the activities carried out, and 94% find it a professional and entertaining experience. It is concluded that tourists from Lima are aware of valuing the biodiversity of the Paracas National Reserve during the pandemic and care for its environment. In addition, they care about staying healthy, considering all the recommended protocols.

This event has motivated this study with the aim of analyzing how these digital icons contribute to the reactivation of national (internal) tourism as a factor in choosing the destination. For this, 339 surveys were carried out through a quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional approach, the results of which determined that the function they fulfill has a significant impact on this sector through the visual and didactic material they promote.

Se ubica en el distrito de Carabayllo, al norte de Lima, con una extensión de 1700 hectáreas; gracias a su espacio abierto con bellos paisajes, biodiversidad, fauna, flora, riqueza histórica y arqueológica tiene valor turístico y cultural, por lo que su desarrollo debe darse de manera sustentable y sostenible. Por lo tanto, es importante determinar la conciencia turística de los pobladores del Asentamiento Humano Primavera con respecto al recurso natural Lomas de Primavera, ya que son los llamados a participar en su protección y preservación. La exploración se hace en función de tres categorías: conocimiento, valores y actitudes. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo y su diseño es fenomenológico; la muestra está integrada por 35 pobladores y la técnica utilizada es la entrevista. Por otro lado, aquí se presenta un resumen de lo que la Economía Circular plantea como propuestas a través de diferentes áreas (prioritarias), para hacer un mejor uso de los recursos a través de la reutilización, reciclado de flujo de desechos claves, envases y desechos urbanos.
