En primer lloc, es planteja la pertinenca tant de la denominacio dels estudis com de la seva oferta academica. En segon lloc, es tracta sobretot de la seva vinculacio amb els estudis literaris, entesos aquests en un sentit ample i innovador. The author focuses on Archilochus elegiac fragments and defends an interpretation of these texts ... more The author focuses on Archilochus elegiac fragments and defends an interpretation of these texts from a double perspective: the dynamics of the Archaic symposium (the elegies must be understood as fully integrated in this framework and containing a variety of resources coincident in a ‘metasympotic’ function) and the poetic technique, representative of an orality that at the same plays with its parallelism to the epic style and with its differentiation. All this together allows us to try a reconstruction of the features of the performance of these poems and opens perspectives concerning their re-performance (valid also for other types of versification).

This magical and oracular character reunites and neutralizes the doctrinarian and ideological elements and transforms the whole text in a recipe not assignable to a concrete ritual or to a specific trend.

Cada trabajo consiste en un estudio literario, en sentido amplio, sobre el concepto de eros, el cual se presenta en griego mediante varios términos relacionados, y, además, está ligado a numerosos sinónimos. Nuestro objetivo fue recoger la mayor parte de los testimonios literarios griegos que ofrecieran dicho concepto desde el VIII a. C. hasta fines del V d. C., lo que nos llevó a recorrer trece siglos de literatura griega, deteniéndonos en los diversos aspectos de la manifestación erótica.

La obra que tiene el lector en sus manos es la culminación de las actividades
programad... more Contenido La obra que tiene el lector en sus manos es la culminación de las actividades programadas, entre los meses de febrero y abril de 2013, desde la Delegación en Aragón de la SEEC, con el inestimable apoyo de las áreas de Filología Griega y Latina, Lingüística Indoeuropea e Historia Antigua de la Universidad de Zaragoza, para conmemorar los XXV años de implantación de la Licenciatura de Filología Clásica. Con estas jornadas, se puso todo el empeño y dedicación en que el recuerdo de la efeméride alcanzara la máxima repercusión y sirviera como impulso para mantener viva la llama clásica en el pebetero de la Universidad de Zaragoza. Dada la relevancia de la celebración, se quiso contar con la presencia de acreditados especialistas en las principales disciplinas de los Estudios Clásicos, con la intención, además, de que las ponencias presentadas constituyeran, en conjunto o en aspectos temáticos concretos, una puesta al día de líneas temáticas relativas al mundo clásico a lo largo de los últimos 25 años.
